We had these talks as a Relief Society lessons in Novemeber and December. Elder Oaks' talk reminded me that I was doing way too much visiting in the chapel before the meeting started and I have since tried to do it at other times. Sister Dalton's talk was discussed last week in RS and the value "virtue" and color gold has been added to the YW personal progress according to the Church News. Great idea!
After reading Elder Oaks talk I am more amd more aware of my attitudes and thoughts in Sacrament Meeting.
I think it's interesting that the YW Theme is changing again. It was only a few years ago that it was changed to add the idea, as I recall that they were preparing to attend the temple, etc.
It's sure was hard to get the YM to do anything similar. the 4th Section of the Doctrine and Covenants is just a different thing an not a set to a theme as the YW one.
